Description
Opp north is like a pleasanter politer version of the United States with more french speakers and the same discrimination against first nations people. Also the Earth Aleph version has a single payer health care system that the Earth Bet version likely has and both versions of the United States probably don't. Also Ice Hockey, which they like a lot.

History
Background
Attempted to start their own version of the Protectorate with The Guild, it didn't go well. Initially.[2]
In 2001 Canada suffered an attack by Behemoth, who was heading for the Baumann Parahuman Containment Center.[3][4]
In 2002 the first protectorate department was set up in Canada.[1] The Guild later reorganized.
On May 9th, 2005, Leviathan began an attack on the island of Newfoundland. However the defending heroes failed to stop him soon enough and he managed to sink the entire island, killing half a million people, including Andrew Richter.
Post-Echidna
Faultline’s Crew agreed to create portals to alternate Earths across North America at a discount to help prepare for the End of the World.[5]
